  • Image Management: helping my clients project a positive, professional image in dress, grooming and communication style. I can provide professional photographers to help create high-quality images for resumes, bios and websites.
  • Financial record keeping and reporting: creating and maintaining systems for analysis of business expenses and income for financial statements, government reporting, taxes and investor reports.
  • Employee training and motivation
  • Work flow management: analyzing and streamlining operational procedures to produce maximum efficiency and profits.
  • Order processing/fulfillment: vendor/supplier negotiations and communications, order processing and shipping, with emphasis on pleasing both customers and suppliers.
  • International Trade: extensive experience working with Asian manufacturing companies importing goods to the USA. Proficient in International Letters of Credit, trans-ocean freight transport, and Customs clearance regulations.
  • Project help: can provide assistance for mailings, copying/binding, database creation and maintenance, packing, shipping and other basic project needs.
  • Space planning, interior design and construction scheduling: I’m a former licensed Realtor Associate, Construction Scheduler and Interior Designer/Space Planner. I can help your business find, design and build working spaces.
  • Hospitality and Event Planning: I have extensive experience in planning corporate meetings and events, including finding appropriate venues and arranging catering.
